In cricket the swinging movement happening in the arms is a very crucial and needs to be warmed up and stretched before games, The shoulders and the forearm muscles could seize up and affect you're play, cross body and elbow to head back reaches would be some good stretches to do.
Before you play i would reccomend
Times 2 cross body reaches for 2 mins
Times 4 elbow to head back reaches for 3 mins
Now we need to stretch our legs so i reccomend 20 lunges and about 20 squats to prepare you for fast takes off's
