Critical Analysis
Did the show hold you're interest and why?
From the very start of the movie i felt like the comedy side of things and the seriousness was forced to try and entertain and satisfy young adults, and instead of laughing because we understood and enjoyed i felt we laughed at what was trying to be.
So i guess in a way my interest was held throughout the play wonder what the were gonna do next, but i probably wouldn't want to watch it again.
Describe the manner in which the themes and characters were presented to the audience. What was the dialogue like?
I felt that the dialogue wasn't to bad, it was okay at parts, but the high pitch screaming was very unnecessary.
What was the structure? How did the musical begin? How did the musical end?
I guess the structure was pretty sturdy it began with a alcohol bottle wrapped in brown paper being dropped into a puddle of water , the pan's towards the alley way were three woman emerge singing the theme song of the play. And end's with the the classic happy ending with seymour and audrey getting married and moving uptown to there pefrect home .
